* front white and rear red light
* bike in working condition
* hydration
* weather appropriate apparel
* fix a flat kit
* extra tubes
* tire levers
* air pump/Co2 cartridge
* sunscreen
* any medication, i.e. inhaler, allergy medication, etc.
* helmet
* snacks
* money
* emergency contact info
🚴🏽♀️ What is expected:
* there will be 2-3 stops along this ride
* please arrive to the meet up location 15 minutes before departure time
* ABC Quick check and announcements will be made during all rides
* this is a fully self supported bike ride
* ride leader and support is CPR/First Aid certified
* helmets must be worn at all times while on bike
* all participants will adhere to covid19 guidelines
* face mask must be worn at all time
